
Our goals for the youth strength & conditioning program are to enhance each young person’s physical and athletic development, improve their self-confidence, and encourage an active lifestyle. The program is great for those involved in lacrosse, and other sports. In addition to helping improve their overall athletic performance the training also helps with injury prevention.
Our approach emphasizes fundamental movement skills: running, jumping, crawling, pushing, and pulling. In this younger age group the primary tool for the student will be their own body weight. Body weighted exercises are used to develope the essential movements that are needed in any athletic sport. This program was developed by World Lacrosse player Desi Gonzalez . Desi and staff have first hand knowledge of what it takes to maintain good physical condition to compete at the highest levels of Lacrosse.
Class size is limited to 20 participants to maximize instruction time, so register early as they fill up quickly. Please contact us with any questions you may have.
