This Pre-Season program is designed to show players how to practice perfectly in their own time. Many players tend to get away from the fundamentals in the off season, this is the program to help players revisit what makes the best players in the world so successful. Learn from 3x NCAA All-American and World Lacrosse Games Player, Lou Gonzalez. These classes are only offered once a year to prepare for the upcoming spring season. We have instructed thousands of players from all over the USA, Spain, England & Canada.
